By the time I got home yesterday, it was getting too dark to go for a run around my neighborhood, so I was forced to fit in a workout at the little gym in my community clubhouse. I really don’t like running on the treadmill, so I decided to give a incline workout a try. I kinda made one up based on others I’ve seen and was surprised to find that I not only really enjoyed it, but I was definitely working up a sweat…this Florida girl isn’t used to hills! I definitely plan on working more incline workouts into my schedule, hopefully it’ll help round out my workouts, since everywhere I go running is flatter than flat! This was the one I started out with, but I’ll definitely be kicking it up in the future:
*Notes: You can keep also keep the speed at 4.0 the whole time if you’re more used to hills than me. I also recommend not holding on to the treadmill at all if you can avoid it!
